Mandu - Hindu
Krebish - Jewish
Hempis - Hippie Religion of some sort
Thonic - Quanza
Sheekradon - Rhamadan
Nine Nights of Krebula - Eight Nights of Hanukkah

Well, I think I got most of them tell me if I'm wrong. (Maybe I have Hempis and Thonic mixed up) |

Oh, sweet Delia! We have a winner!!! You got it... Except that "Thonic" is Catholic (All Latinos are Catholic)
And I wasn't sure about the "Hempish" thing either, but I guessed the same thing.
But I really like this episode because it points out just how absurd most religions are. I really like the portrayal of Christians .. they combine the traditional Christian fairy tale with a little modern Republicanism --- The rugged frontiersmen savior who is a member of the NRA!... And who's name bears a strong resemblance to "Elvis". (Notice how the background music for the opening bit is "Love Me Tender"?)

Hurray!
Yah Thonic and Hempis really confused me. At first I thought Hempis was Kwanza because they make things from Hemp but it sounds more Hippie to me. I must have completely over looked Thonic being Catholic, I just generalized all Christians as Alvian.
Virjay: Yes, it was the Romans who killed him. So in truthful fact, I suppose you should be angry with the Italians.
Murphy: What kind of Mandu crap are you talking?
Virjay: Oh yes. What do I know? My religion is only 5000 years old.
Murphy: Heh! 5000 years... uh... of stupid! |

Yeah... that pretty much sums up religion. _________________ "The Aim of an Argument ... should not be victory, but progress." - Joseph Joubert (1754-1824)
