I apologize for my recent absence (yet again).

I got a new job (A PROGRAMMING job... FINALLY!)

And, thanks to his new influx of funds, I have made a small investment in this site and have purchased a hardware router to take some of the load off of my poor old server, and to protect this frail aging system by putting it behind a firewall.

I'm going to be tweaking this router quite a bit over the next few days, so expect periodic outages.

"It is often argued that religion is valuable because it makes men good, but even if this were true it would not be a proof that religion is true. That would be an extension of pragmatism beyond endurance. Santa Claus makes children good in precisely the same way, and yet no one would argue seriously that the fact proves his existence. The defense of religion is full of such logical imbecilities." - H. L. Mencken

Congratulations oh great and Masterful BB!
Does this mean that the Thrice Blessed Forum will be less likely to crash or become inaccesable?

I would just like to say that shortly after my last post the forum crashed for me until I logged Off and back on again.
Now thats poetic irony!
