Strike a light! It's been a fair while since we've had you on here, Erethemus. While I don't think we ever had a discussion, at least of any depth, your posts were an integral reason for my signing up on here in the first place.
I would give you a summary of what's happened over the last three years, but since I didn't understand 99% of the things that have gone on, I don't think it would make much sense. Needless to say, some people got very angry, some people got angrier, and one person made (long and incoherent) posts about how the Canadian government tortures people en masse.

As you may have guessed, in the past few years, many new members have risen and fallen, including one member named Mephistopheles. He was actually one of the better members of the forums when not involved in some sort of flame war, of which there were several. As you can guess, there was one flamewar in particular involving a poster named rats, who was particularly incoherent and insane, as OOTF alluded to in his posts. Eventually he was banned, reactivated, and completely lost the desire to post. Later, moderators Carldiesturmer and Ingsoc Officer went completely bonkers, and attempted to renounce their modship for the purpose of flaming everybody else on the forums, especially Mephistopheles, and several other members, myself included. By this point, James, RAK, and JD-Sama have taken over their places in the Inner Party, and have since banned Carl, IO, Mephistopheles, and another forumer named Nikolai Kirov for their parts in the flaming. This is, of course, an incomplete history of the forums. Like OOTF and JD said, I hope to see more of you on the forums.
